Since our founding, function testers have taken on a central role in our work.
As an engineering service provider, we have already planned, built, and programmed numerous test systems for different customers in the early years. In doing so, we have encountered a wide variety of function testers in mass production and laboratory environments. Depending on the customer and product, the requirements can vary significantly.
For high-volume product tests at the end of the production line, so-called end-of-line testers, short testing times and high test coverage are crucial.
In contrast, for test systems in medical technology, where very small quantities are tested, a standard test system should cover a very wide range of assemblies.
To ensure that a system can be customised and maintained by more than just us after delivery, we use commercially available sequencers to create test sequences. Throughout the entire project duration, we also work very openly and transparently, allowing the customer to make adjustments themselves if they wish.
In the past 30 years, we have planned, developed, and produced a variety of very different testers for manufacturing.
Our approach to function tests is based on proven purchased parts and components from well-known manufacturers. For your tasks, experienced project managers as well as hardware and software developers from internal teams are available. Our testers can be integrated into automated production lines or used standalone. Operation and parameterization are done via standard industrial PCs or PXI controllers.
We rely on established communication methods and have developed our own hardware and software, including a switching platform for connecting test specimens with various load requirements or FPGA modules for real-time testing of assemblies. The evaluation of the measurement data is carried out using software modules such as the specially developed report analyzer.
