At IRS, the health of our employees is our top priority. But we go beyond the ordinary – a fruit basket alone is not enough for us. Together with the Techniker Krankenkasse, we have launched the program “Empower your Health” to integrate comprehensive health promotion into everyday work life.
Throughout the year, we offer a variety of measures in the areas of nutrition, exercise, and mental health. An annual health day, regular yoga sessions, healthy eating, and inspiring workshops are firmly established.
We aim not only to create a healthy work environment but also to actively contribute to our employees feeling good, recharging their energy, and staying healthy in the long term.
