Remote monitoring, data analysis and energy monitoring for your test systems – provided by IRS.
IRS IoT Hub

The IRS IoT Hub is a platform for operating your test systems. Status, measurement data and analyses from IRS TUI, IRS ICEcube and FEP come together in one place: remote monitoring, data analysis and energy monitoring. Your team accesses them from any location.
Early access: The IRS IoT Hub is available in early access. We are developing the platform further together with its first users; features and interface may still change before general availability. Get in touch if you would like to try the IoT Hub with your test systems.

The IoT Hub extends NI TestStand with cloud monitoring: every test station running its sequences with IRS TUI is visible live in the hub – from any location.
- Test station overview: status, device under test, serial number and overall and test progress for every socket.
- Live updates: new results appear automatically at an interval of your choice.
- Execution history: every test run with time, result, product ID, serial number, socket, duration and station, plus error code and failed test step. Filter by period and result.
- Statistics: share of passed, failed and terminated runs across all products, errors per product and the error distribution by error code and test step.
Data analysis
Measurement data and IRS reports are analyzed and compared centrally – with the Report Analyzer and the DataViewer.
Report Analyzer: The analysis builds on NI TestStand: test reports from your TestStand test stations are imported, grouped and evaluated statistically – for example for measurement system analysis and assessing test process suitability.
- Import: TestStand reports in the IRS XML and ATML formats, and further sources such as databases via plugins.
- Grouping: group test executions by characteristics, filter them and save them as sets.
- History & statistics: mean, standard deviation, gauge and process capability indices, with limit violations highlighted.
- Error distribution: results per test execution and per test step, comparable across groups.
- Curve comparison, similarity and trend analysis: reveal relationships between measurements, detect correlations and trends automatically.
DataViewer: The DataViewer opens measurement files in TDMS and MDF format directly in the browser, without conversion. Files are processed in the browser and are not uploaded.

- File explorer: groups, signals and file properties at a glance.
- Graph: zoom and pan, set and compare measurement points A and B, values of all signals at the cursor in the legend. X axis as time or sample index.
- Multiple graphs: every signal in its own graph with its own Y axis, all on a shared time axis.
- Raw data: all signals of a group with timestamps, page by page even for large files. A double-click shows the measurement point in the graph.
- Key figures: count, first and last value, minimum, maximum and mean per signal, extremes with timestamp. Comparable across several files.
- Export: data and key figures as CSV for further processing in other tools.
Energy monitoring
The IoT Hub records and analyzes the energy demand of your test systems.
- Easy integration: standard components such as Shelly meters are connected with little effort.
- Visualization: consumption and power of your test systems clearly laid out over time.
- Archiving: export readings and analyses as PDF or CSV for your records.
Software as a service
We operate the platform, you use it.
- Provided by IRS: we take care of providing and operating the platform.
- No on-site setup: no installation required at your site.
- No local infrastructure: no servers or databases of your own needed.
The IRS IoT Hub is a cloud platform for monitoring and analyzing test systems. It extends NI TestStand and IRS TUI with live monitoring of test stations, analyzes test reports and measurement files (TDMS, MDF, ATML) and records the energy demand of test systems – operated by IRS as software as a service.
