Master's thesis
GaN power electronics
In this thesis, GaN-based power electronics for testing 48 V systems will be developed.
What you can expect
- You analyze and define the requirements for the system.
- You select and size suitable semiconductors.
- The goal is a functional first prototype, from the layout to the functional test.
- You verify the results through measurements on the prototype and compare them with your calculations.
What you bring
- Studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics or a comparable program
- Solid knowledge of power electronics
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
- Ability to work in a team and take initiative
- Interest in new technologies
